OUR APPROACH
This process often arises during a lease of a property, or when a lease is coming to a close when tenants fail to maintain or repair a property to its original state when the lease began. A typical make-good process involves reviewing any documentation, inspection of the property, reviewing the lease agreement and preparing a cost plan based on the agreed scope of works.
OUR PROCESS
Our team is experienced in curating a schedule of make-good obligations which will detail any items in need of maintenance, repair or replacement throughout or toward the end of a lease. When this is agreed with the tenant, financial terms may be negotiated or the tenant may undertake these works before ending their lease.
