South Australia's first 6-Star Green Star Medical Office Building — a $30M specialist centre powered by 100% renewable energy, housing leading medical tenants including oncology, pathology, and GP services.

The three-storey, $30M state-of-the-art Specialist Medical Centre is powered by 100% renewable energy and is South Australia’s first 6-Star Green Star registered Medical Office Building. The new complex accommodates various leading medical tenants, including Calvary Health Care, GenesisCare, Clinpath Pathology, RadiologySA, GP consulting suites, support retail tenancies and houses 2x Linear Accelerators (LINACs) within the Basement.

On the back of the successful delivery of the Stage 1 Carpark and Retail Tenancies, CSC were entrusted by Northwest Healthcare Properties to provide cost management services for the Stage 2 Medical Centre which was constructed by Schiavello.
