Travis Swigart

Travis brings to our team more than almost 20 years’ experience in the Property and Construction sector to our team, from both locally and in  the United States. His expertise lies in with Feasibility Estimating, Cost Planning, Budget Reporting and Contract Administration, and is proud to have been a significant contributor to the successful redevelopment of Adelaide Oval, which has transformed Adelaide’s Riverbank precinct.

Even Fung

Even has more than over 20 years’ experience in the Construction sector specialising in the Aged Care, Education and Landscape sectors, where she has recently worked on a variety of projects for multiple clients. Her expertise is cost planning, budget reporting, contract administration and tax depreciation. Even is a strong mentor for other CSC staff focusing on an integrated team approach which has seen her working across all project phases, equipping her to work and relate effectively with individuals and teams.

Colin Morgan

Colin joined CSC in 2020, having previously worked with Chris and Even a decade earlier. prior to the establishment of CSC in 2011. He has almost 30 experience in the Construction sector, including 11 years working in the UK prior to migrating to Australia in 2004. Colin brings a unique perspective to CSC, with his experience split between the contracting and consulting sides of the sector since graduating from University in the UK with a degree in Quantity Surveying. He has experience in all aspects of pre and post-contract management (across a wide range of sectors) including Cost Planning, Contract Administration, Post-contract Financial control and reporting.

Mark Tomlinson

Mark joined our team in 2015 and brings a wealth of experience across the Defence, Health, Infrastructure and Education sectors to CSC. Mark’s key projects include the upgrade to the Adelaide Convention Centre, Olympic Dam, AIR7000, HNA (Hardened Network Army), SA Health – Whyalla, Port Lincoln, Riverland and Repatriation Hospitals.

Maria Lahiff

Maria brings more than 25 years of experience working in Singapore and Adelaide as a Cost Manager including 5 years as a Project and Facilities Manager.

Brian Stephens

Brian joined the CSC team in the middle of 2014 while completing his university studies. He has a broad range of experience and expertise in the pre-contract and construction phase of works. His specialist areas include landscape and recreation projects having worked on the Adelaide Festival Square Public Realm, Memorial Drive Anchor Project and Cabra College Gymnasium projects.

Ethan Rump

Ethan commenced with the firm in 2018, having previously worked as an Undergraduate Cost Planner for a major construction Contractor in Adelaide. Ethan is a Senior Cost Manager with experience in both pre and post contractor services.

Terence Chok

Terence joined the CSC team in February 2019 in the role of Senior Cost Manager. Terence brings 18 years of experience working in Malaysia on various projects. He provides a high standard of service to clients and is highly skilled in the preparation of cost plans.
